No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y la piscina de "chorros" tenía varios que no funcionaban bien o sin apenas presión.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y el lugar en el que se encuentra ubicado el hotel es el mejor si buscas un viaje de desconexión y tranquilidad.

El horario de cena es de 19:15 a 21:00, impensable para cualquier español. A parte, el primer día nos dieron una habitación que no habíamos reservado con 2 camas individuales y plato de ducha, el segundo día nos arreglaron poniéndonos una habitación con bañera y con 2 camas individuales juntas y encima un colchón de matrimonio de un grosor de 3 dedos que era incomodisimo, es decir, que no tenían camas dobles. Si eres celiaco, este hotel no está preparado para ti. Tras avisar con 2 meses de antelación que éramos celiacos, el primer día nos pusieron en la cena que nos dejaron en la habitación 2 ensaladas básicas + 2 bollos de pan con gluten, que al rato subieron a cambiarnos… En el primer desayuno pedí algo de bollería sin gluten, día tras día la solicitaba y me decían que estaba pedida pero que aún no había llegado, pues me fui de mi estancia de 5 días sin que llegara… solo desayunando pan sin gluten. Algo impensable cuando pagas 843€ por una instancia de 4 noches.

A great stay in an unrivalled location in a quiet first class hotel with good food and adults only!

The superior double room was very comfortable and had a small sitting area in front of the ocean view balcony with large glass French window style doors. Comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities and small fridge in room. Although this is not specifically advertised as an 'adults only' hotel, it is so by default, as it attracts a mostly fit and active middle-aged clientele who conveniently leave their children at home! We like that!

overall it’s always a great experience and excellent

tranquility of the place , quiet as not typical tourist attraction for families . restaurant excellent, very good food and very helpful staff. highly recommend also possibility of local walks along the coast leading to Anaga mountains

too many Germans as very German oriented, hotel and spa is working with Mayer health centre . also close to the ocean pool which used by locals late in the night so can be loud throughput the night

Fully relaxed and rejuvenated, recommended

Quality of food and the hotel environment were exceptional. Excellent staff in the restaurant and at reception too. Views and room quality both very good indeed.

Spa team made a couple of errors with my booking and didn't check in for any injuries or concerns before sessions, which felt a bit neglectful.

Wonderful

If your looking to completely relax and chill its perfect, not alot to do apart from walks outside the hotel. if your looking to party its a no go. Very confortable for solo travellers, and the staff are all very friendly. Treatments are lovely and the food excellent. Will definately go again.

Bed linen and pillows need changing, all very clean but not as comfoetable for the standard of hotel. Not one tv channel in english all German. Apart from that all good.

Very nice hotel! Amazing view of the ocean and Mount Teide. Great and healthy food (breakfast and dinner were included). Nice outdoor swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel

I loved my stay at this hotel. All rooms have a breathtaking ocean view, they are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included, both were great and healthy. The staff is just so amazingly friendly and kind, all requests I had were completed. They organized a lovely hike in Teide. They also have a clinic at the hotel and it was possible to make a Covid test for my flight right there.

Wonderful

Great location over looking the sea, minimalist, spacious and comfortable room with a great balcony, lovely pool and gardens. Decent size spa (not huge) and thalassotherapy pool (no extra charge) and wide choose of treatments. Fab breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff.

limited lunch menu ( same 4 choices every day). Dinner was a choice of 3 main courses, which was fine, different choices every evening, all healthy and tasty, some more so than others… small portions.

„Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Die Lage am Meer aber der Atlantik war sehr laut. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut cafe könnte besser sein. Abendessen sehr gut Danke. Div Läden und Rest. in der nähe. Auch ÖV mit dem Bus alles erreichbar. Zimmer sind wunderbar schön .

Warten beim Abendessen auf den Tisch sollte nicht sein bei HP. Gruppen sind sehr laut beim Essen nehmen keine rücksicht.
